WASILLA — A woman attempted to run over her significant other with her white Toyota four-door vehicle in Big Lake on Monday at 1:20 p.m., according to Alaska State Troopers.
Armthea Johnson, 46, of Anchorage is charged with third-degree assault, relating to domestic violence, failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer and a warrant on an original charge of assault 3 and false information after she attempted to run over her significant other and then fled the scene. AST tried to stop her, but Johnson did not stop and then proceeded to crash her Toyota. Johnson was arrested and taken to Mat-Su Pretrial without bail.
Johnson has multiple pages of previous offenses listed in online court records dating back from 1993. Johnson has been charged with five previous domestic violence cases.
