Arctic Warrior Chiefs' Choice Award Winner of the Month for May 2019

SrA Kyle McClelland is a Fuels Facilities Technician assigned to 673 LRS/LGRF. The work ethic and leadership qualities that SrA McClelland showcases is second to none! He has continuously proven why he is our top performer day in and day out. SrA McClelland is a self-starter and is constantly pushing his fellow Airmen to match his drive and enthusiasm.

As our fuel facilities section top trainer, he educated 9 Airmen, to include newly assigned NCOs on fuel pump-house operation and inspection requirements. His work ethic and ability to train were instrumental when he volunteered to assist the fuels distribution section for over a month, where he worked multiple different shifts while continuing to educate Airmen, providing a total of 82K gals to 60 aircraft. SrA McClelland has been a constant role model in this flight since his arrival to JBER and ensures that the installation remains the Pacific’s keystone weapon system.
