Are you ready for the rapture?

The tetrad of blood moons and the eclipse in the middle of the blood moons over the next two years has raised many questions. What do they mean, why should the Christian population care, how will affect me, are just a few of the questions. What is a tetrad? In simple terms occurs when four red moons occur on four Jewish holidays in succession.

The message of the tetrad of blood moons began with the prophet Joel when he wrote in Joel 2:30-31, “and I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come.”

This statement is repeated in Acts 2:19-21. Records of tetrad blood moons only go back about 500 years. But in those 500 years there has only been 4 occasions that there have been tetrads falling on Jewish holidays the first recorded was in 1492. The year the Spanish threw the Jews out of Spain. Shortly thereafter the financial and political blessing of Spain was taken away by God and given to the new country now known as the United States of America.

The second tetrad occurred in 1949 the year Israel was created. The third occurred in 1967 when, against all odds, the Six-Day War was fought and won. The fourth and last tetrad for the next thousand years (according to NASA) started a few months ago. I won’t claim to know what is going to happen but one thing I am comfortable with saying is that something world-changing is about to occur.

The Bible is full of prophecies of the last days. In just the last 30 years I have seen the last of the prophecies fulfilled that I never would have thought possible as a child. I never would have thought that I would see the day that a football game would be more important than the worship of God, but I have been to services were they were cut short so the people could go and watch the Super Bowl. Children are killing children in the streets and schools. Political leaders lie, cheat, murder and deceive for their own gain, from the borough assemblymen to the president of this country, as well as other world leaders. Some treat those that murder Christians and wish to eliminate Israel with respect, while disrespecting the leader of Israel and ignoring the murders of Christians. Homosexuality, abortion, and fascism that were once only acceptable in the apostate church are now becoming acceptable to most denominational churches.

2 Timothy 3:1-5: “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” According to the prophesies of the Catholic Church the current pope is the false prophet, spoken of in the book of Revelation.

The prophecies are fulfilled, we are seeing the last of God shouting from the heavens, are you ready for the rapture? About 73 percent of the population of the United States identified themselves as Christian in a 2012 poll, yet the places of worship are nearly empty. When people in this country are in need of help they turn to the god of government, not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Just as in Jesus’ time, when prophecy is fulfilled and the rapture happens, it will be a great surprise to virtually all who are left behind. In a final statement to the world God will say in essence “I am real, I do exist, my prophecy is fulfilled. Now is the time for the anti-Christ and the false prophet.

As for the tetrad moons I can’t fully answer the question, but given the history of tetrads and the fulfillment of prophesy I can comfortably say the next two years will be interesting to say the least. The tetrad of moons and the eclipse is God’s final warning. Every prophecy in the Bible has been fulfilled according to Joel 2:30-31 the next event will be the rapture and then the time of revelation. Joel 2:30-31 says “after” this means that the rapture can be any time but those left behind will enjoy the time as described by Revelation.

Some who read this will not believe what I am saying. To those readers I ask one question: can you find any scripture in the Bible dealing with events prior to the rapture that has not occurred, or one in Revelation that cannot be accomplished? A new religion will come to light that will persecute and execute the Christians and the Jews. They will be hated by the rest of the world. Matthew 24:3-9: “And as he sat upon the mount of olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, ‘tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?’ And Jesus answered and said unto them, ‘take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, “I am Christ” and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.’”
