We join those concerned with the 88 housing units planned off Cope between MTA Events Center and Job Corps. If rental housing is the goal for this piece of property, senior housing would be a welcome addition to our neighborhood. They would be a short distance from Palmer Senior Center with all it has to offer...socialization, volunteerism, classes, meals...and also near shopping and churches. The proposed high-density housing would be better placed near a grade school.
