Kaden Ketchum, a member of the Colony High hockey team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Ketchum used a hat trick to help seventh-seeded Colony score a 3-2 double-overtime win over Dimond during the first day of the Division I state tournament. Ketchum was also named all-tournament.
The Frontiersman congratulates Ketchum on his success.
Chase Schachle
Wasilla Warriors
Chase Schachle, a member of the Wasilla High hockey team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Schachle scored twice to help the Warriors beat rival Colony 3-2 in the third-place game of the Division I state tournament. Schachle was also named all-tournament.
