Matthew Wood, a member of the Wasilla Warriors prep football team in 2020, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Wood was recently named All-Chugach Conference as an offensive lineman.
The Frontiersman congratulates Wood on his success.

Palmer Moose
Ben Simmerman, a member of the Palmer Moose prep football team during the 2020 season, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Simmerman was named to the first team of the All-Valley Football Team earlier this year. Simmerman earned the honor at quarterback.
