Rosie Whittington-Evans, a member of the Palmer Moose cross-country skiing team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Whittington-Evans earned a second-place finish in the girls’ 5-K skate race during the Government Peak Invitational Jan. 23 at the Government Peak Recreation Area. Whittington-Evans finished with a time of 15 minutes, 14 seconds.

Colony Knights
Garrett Streit, a member of the Colony Knights cross-country skiing team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Streit finished first in the boys’ 5-K skate race during the Government Peak Invitational Jan. 23 at the Government Peak Recreation Area. Streit notched a time of 13 minutes, 57 seconds.
