Morgan Ainsworth, a member of the Colony Knights girls basketball team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Ainsworth was recently named second-team all-state by the Alaska Association of Basketball Coaches. Ainsworth also helped lead her team to a second-place finish in the state tournament.
The Frontiersman congratulates Ainsworth on her success.

Wasilla Warriors
Layla Hays, a member of the Wasilla Warriors girls basketball team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Hays was recently named first-team all-state by the Alaska Association of Basketball Coaches. Hays also helped lead her team to a first-place finish in the state tournament.
