Wasilla Warriors
Savannah Kroon, a member of the Wasilla Warriors flag football team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Kroon helped Wasilla score a 50-19 win over Dimond in a game that featured two of the top teams in the state. Kroon, a senior quarterback, accounted for seven total touchdowns in the win.

Trygve Vang-Thompson
Colony Knights
Trygve Vang-Thompson, a member of the Colony Knights cross-country running team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Vang-Thompson helped Colony win the boys team title at the Frank Dieckgraeff Invitational Saturday in Seward. He was third in the boys varsity race.
