Colony Knights
Theresa Savo, a member of the Colony Knights wrestling team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Savo earned a state title in late December during the ASAA/First National Bank Girls State Wrestling Championships in Anchorage. She was also named the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the meet.
The Frontiersman congratulates Savo on her success.
Patrick McMahon
Colony Knights
Patrick McMahon, a member of the Colony Knights boys basketball team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
In late December, McMahon helped the Knights win the team title at the Doc Larson Roundball Classic at Wasilla High. McMahon was also named the most valuable player of the tourney.
