Katy Houser, a member of the Palmer Moose cross-country skiing team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Houser finished first in the girls' 5K classic during the Colony Invitational Jan. 9 at Government Peak Recreation Area. It was the first prep cross-country skiing event in the Valley of the season. Houser clocked a time of 17:28.

Colony Knights
Noah Hanestad, a member of the Colony Knights cross-country skiing team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Hanestad finished first in the boys' 5K classic during the Colony Invitational Jan. 9 at Government Peak Recreation Area. It was the first prep cross-country skiing event in the Valley of the season. Hanestad finished with a time of 15:50.
