Wasilla Warriors
Tristan Horton, a member of the Wasilla Warriors boys basketball team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Horton hit a deep three-pointer late to help Wasilla beat rival Colony in the Northern Lights Conference boys semifinals, and earn a berth to the state tournament.
The Frontiersman congratulates Horton on his success.

Palmer Moose
Lukas Owen, a member of the Palmer Moose boys basketball team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Owen was recently named to the boys first-team all-conference list by the Northern Lights Conference.
