Eric Kolomeychuk, a member of the Wasilla track and field team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Kolomeychuk swept the boys throwing events during the Palmer Invitational. Kolomeychuk used a personal record throw of 145 feet to win the discus. He also notched his best distance of the season, 52-2, and won the shot put.
The Frontiersman congratulates Kolomeychuk on his success.
Holly Marsh
Wasilla Warriors
Holly Marsh, a member of the Wasilla Warriors girls soccer team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Marsh netted a hat trick during a 7-3 road win over North Pole. She also helped the Warriors beat West Valley.
