Daniel Matveev, a member of the Houston Hawks hockey team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Matveev led the Hawks during the first half of the prep hockey season with 15 goals and 25 points. He is also third on the team with 10 assists.

Wasilla Warriors
Noah Kroon, a member of the Wasilla boys basketball team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Kroon was named to the all-tournament team following the Doc Larson Roundball Classic.
