Charlize McManus, a member of the Colony Knights swimming and diving team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
McManus won the girls diving at Kodiak with a score of 240.05 which made her the new Colony diving recorder holder. Emily Worley, the Colony diving coach, set the record in 2006. The previous record was 239.05, and it stood for 17 years.

Johnny Figgins, a member of the Colony Knights football team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Figgins, a kicker, booted a school-record 41-yard field goal during a win over Wasilla.
