Wasilla Warriors
Mielee Merchant, a member of the Wasilla girls basketball program, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Merchant helped lead the Warriors to a pair of wins over Soldotna. Merchant scored 13 in a 56-21 win and 10 in a 54-26 win.

Palmer Moose
Kinan Greco, a member of the Palmer Moose hockey team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Greco scored in the extra period to lift the Moose to a 3-2 overtime win over Soldotna.
