Wasilla Warriors
Hailee Giacobbe, a member of the Wasilla Warriors cross-country team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Giacobbe won the girls varsity race during the George Plumley Invitational at Palmer High. It was her fourth straight this season, and eighth straight dating back to last year.
The Frontiersman congratulates Giacobbe on her success.

Palmer Moose
Reed Craner, a member of the Palmer football team, has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Craner caught a late, go-ahead touchdown pass against West Valley on Fairbanks, and helped cement the victory with an interception during the final seconds.
