Colony High School’s Robert Haan has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Haan finished 3-0 during the Valley Duals at Houston High School, winning matches against wrestlers from Houston, Palmer and Wasilla. Haan’s victories helped Colony win the title of the meet. Earlier this season, Haan won his weight class at the Lancer Smith Memorial at Palmer High.

Colony High School’s Sierra Kinworthy has been named a Frontiersman Athlete of the Week.
Kinworthy finished third in the 500-yard freestyle event at the ASAA State Championship Swimming and Diving meet Nov. 8 and set a school record of 5:06.65 in a preliminary heat of the same event at the state meet. She was a top performer for the Knights all season in the 200-yard medley and freestyle relays, as well as in the 100-yard backstroke event. She will swim for Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas next year.
