AUSTIN A. WEBB-HEISE

Willow resident Austin Allen Webb-Heise, 13, died as the result of a tragic accident involving a train in Willow on July 15, 2005.

A memorial service will be held at noon, Saturday, July 30, at the Willow United Methodist Church, Mile 67.5 Parks Hwy. The Rev. Steve Eldred will officiate. Floral arrangements are welcome.

Austin was born in Anchorage on Nov. 15, 1991. He moved with his family to Willow in 2000 and was attending seventh grade at Houston Middle School at the time of his death.

His family wrote, "Austin was a very bright, compassionate and caring boy. He was a real go-getter. He loved doing odd jobs for many people in the community. He loved fishing, riding and anything that had to do with motors. Austin was a beautiful person, both inside and out. He is the love of our life and he will be greatly missed."

He is survived by his parents, Jon and Melissa Heise of Willow; brothers, Kyle Heise of Willow and Dustin D'Amato of Anchorage; sister, Nicole Maddux of Willow; uncle and aunt, Bob and Patricia Heise of Seward; cousins, John and Zackery and Robert Heise of Seward; grandmothers, Dorothy Dinkel of Greeley, Colo., and Jan Trosin; grandfather, Earnest Carver of Missouri and great-grandmother, Edith Lockhart of New Mexico.
