Well, I made it to the gym — the AT&T Sports Center actually — Thursday afternoon. I’m somewhat proud of myself. I hit the elliptical, chose an hour program and managed to keep going for the hour.

I was back to the Sports Center Friday afternoon for a nice little work out before I hit the office.
