I had a good weekend in many ways. How about you?

I did not exercise like I should have. I have tons of excuses, but the buck stops here and tonight. I will do some form of working out tonight, and I will report on it tomorrow.

Today has been a good day food-wise. My new, more moderate approach is to try and keep calories to around 1,500 – 1,800 a day. It won’t lead to super-fast weight loss, but it is something I can stick to. And if I have one bad day, there’s always another good day waiting for me.
