To the editor:
Here’s a candidate I really do support: Warren Keogh. In fact, without a doubt, I believe Keogh is the best person running in any election in the state.
I won’t get into how bad his competition is, other than to say I have watched the failures of Mike Dunleavy in Kotzebue, in the Mat-Su and as a state senator. We just can’t afford Dunleavy in any governmental position.
Keogh, on the other hand, is a man of true integrity, and of utmost importance in this election, possesses fiscal responsibility; these attributes aren’t conjecture, they are proven. Keogh alone took on the radical deficit spenders of the Mat-Su Assembly. It is part of his record, not some hypothetical possibility.
Keogh has also taken these challenges with dignity. He is an honorable man; a rarity in today’s political maelstrom.
And, he listens.
So if you want an honest person in the state Senate, vote for Warren Keogh, someone who knows political corruption is not a good thing.
I wish I could vote for Keogh.
