Better Numbers in the Blood I hope!

Hi Trim to Win Friends,

Well, the scale has not been my friend and I've been trying so hard! Working out 6 days a weeks 2-4 miles everyday and it's not taking any big leaps… I can only hope when we have our blood work done again in April that my numbers will have gone down to show that other areas of my health have improved…

I've eaten so much salad since weigh in I feel like I"ve joined the rabbit family. I wish I was seeing the results on the scale… I read other blogs and see 7 pounds in a week and I ask myself "What am I doing wrong?" I've lost 2 to 3 in one week at the most. Wonder what is normal?

Anyway, I wish you all the best and I will keep faithful day by day!
