92, passed to her eternal home very peacefully with her daughter by her side Sunday, September 22, 2019 at her home in Palmer, Alaska.
Born to Brindley and Margaret Young on April 15, 1927. She married Kenneth William Killian in 1947; moving their family to Alaska in 1953 making the Valley and Healy their home. She has always loved the Lord Jesus Christ. She has served him faithfully in the churches that she had joined. She was a guiding light for so many. She enjoyed hunting with her family, salmon fishing with her husband and friends, reading her whole beloved Bible, spiritual books and Bible study with the ladies. She always had a desire to live to be 90 and by God’s Grace she surpassed that. She will be remembered by family as always being happy, smiling, and humming a hymn around the house. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by daughters Bonnie Anderson of Palmer, Alaska; Christine Klayum Eagle River, Alaska; sons Randy Killian of Healy, Alaska; Vic and daughter-in-law Mary Killian of Healy, Alaska; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth; infant daughter Donna Mae, grandson Christian Killian, great grandson Tyree Graham, and infant great granddaughter Audrey McNeese.
Memorial services will be held Friday, September 27, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Family Christian Center 203 W. Dogwood Palmer, AK 99645.
