Big Lake man killed in Palmer crash

WASILLA — A Big Lake man died early Monday, May 30 in a single-vehicle vehicle crash on North Stringfield Road in Palmer.

According to Alaska State Troopers, William Wallace, 50, was driving a vehicle that rolled multiple times and went airborne. Wallace was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The State Medical Examiner’s office responded to the scene and transported Wallace’s remains to Anchorage.

Next of kin have been notified and troopers are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
