This bright, sunny cocktail will be featured at the restaurant this summer, but he gives us a preview of his delightfully refreshing, patio-ready recipe.
Bourbon Maple Fizz
2 oz bourbon2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice½ oz maple syrupbeer of choice, such as wheat ale, blonde ale or pilsnerorange twist or wheel, for garnish
In pint glass, stir together bourbon, orange juice, lime juice and maple syrup. Add enough ice to fill glass, then top with beer; gently stir to combine. Garnish with orange twist.
