Palmer resident Brunilda "Myrna" De La Cruz, 62, died of cancer on Sept. 5, 2004, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. No public services will be scheduled.
Mrs. De La Cruz was born in Puerto Rico on April 6, 1942, and was raised in New York. She moved to the state of Alaska in 1977.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Pedro F. De La Cruz; her daughter, Deborah; three grandchildren, Joseph, Kenny and Dillion; five brothers; three sisters; her friend, Carla; and many more beloved friends and family members.
Arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home and Crematory in Wasilla.
