PALMER — A bullet fired from outside her home struck a 69-year-old woman in the arm inside her residence off S. Inner Springer Loop and the Glenn Highway Friday evening.
Alaska State Troopers say they responded to the residence around 8:52 p.m., Feb. 28 for a report of shots fires at the home by an unknown person.
Spokesperson Megan Peters said the woman was transported to the hospital by ambulance for treatment.
She said troopers don’t know who fired the multiple shots that hit the house, but she said the investigation is continuing.
