After having watched a new business in the Valley grow and thrive over the past year, I’d like to take a moment and congratulate Turkey Red on its first anniversary in business. With all of the economic fear and chaos nationwide, it is refreshing to see an entrepreneur work hard and succeed.
Thanks to Alex Papasavas and her excellent staff, Turkey Red in downtown Palmer has proven that success is possible in any economy if the business turns out a consistent, quality product at an affordable price. Turkey Red succeeds on all levels. The food is organic, beautifully prepared, delicious and very reasonably priced. The chefs are creative without being fussy and the service is excellent.
Thank you, Turkey Red, for satisfying the need in Palmer for an outstanding restaurant. Congratulations on your first anniversary, with wishes for many more to come.
