Wasilla resident Carlos Enrique Duboc-Muniz, 47, died at home of natural causes on March 17, 2004.
A memorial service will be held April 3 at 4 p.m. at Providence Hospital Chapel. Pastor Stevens will officiate.
Mr. Duboc-Muniz was born April 3, 1956. in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. He received an Associate of Applied Science degree at the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
He was employed at Providence Hospital at the time of his death.
His family wrote, "Our dad will always be in our hearts. We love and miss him."
Mr. Duboc-Muniz is survived by his sons Yves Duboc, Maureces Duboc and Pierre Duboc; daughter Stephanie Duboc; mother Aurea E. Muniz of Poce, Puerto Rico; sister Aurea E. Duboc of New York; brothers Marcelino Duboc and Luis Duboc of Puerto Rico; former wife Alma I. Duboc, and grandson Tyson Duboc.
Arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home & Crematory in Wasilla.
