It is with sorrow for the great loss that we announce Carolyn Renee Cameron passed away in her home, towards the end of February, 2024. Carolyn was born in Fargo, ND and moved to Alaska as a young child. She had a loving heart, and abundant generosity. It is of great comfort to her family that Carolyn was a born-again Christian, and was actively attending Church, listening to sermons online, and growing in her faith. Carolyn knew there is nothing more important in this life than having a right, saving relationship with God.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, William and Patricia Ferris, her sister JoAnne Ferris, and her son Keith Cameron. She is survived by her youngest son, Shane Cameron, her daughter-in-law Lisa Cameron, and her four grandchildren: Julianna, Ethan, Matthew, and Isaac.
Carolyn will be incredibly missed, until we see her again.
Carolyn’s memorial service will take place on Friday, March 8th, 2024 at 11am at Settler’s Bay Community Church. Burial will follow at 2:00PM at Palmer Pioneer. Cemetery.
