How many Frontiersman readers were surprised to see in Tuesday’s paper that cartoonist Chuck Legge is in lockstep with other uber-liberals in the media and government who characterize members or supporters of the Tea Party as dangerous radicals?
Legge goes beyond others on the left who refer to the Tea Party merely as “terrorists.” He sees them as casting the shadow of Nazism. Which false characterization is more damning, “terrorists” or Nazis? Fair-minded people know neither is an accurate portrayal.
Early on, opponents on the left attempted to brand the Tea Party as “racist,” a charge that failed to stick because it, too, was baseless. Is it not fair to challenge hypocrite leftists for name-calling when it is they who so often claim to be shocked and dismayed when others do it?
