Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Lifelong Alaska resident Mr. Casey Lee Williamson, 43, died at his home in Wasilla on July 15, 2003.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Muldoon Road Baptist Church, 382 Muldoon Road in Anchorage, on Sunday at 2 p.m. Pastor Philip Licht will officiate. A wake will follow the service at the Ramada Inn Downtown, 115 E. 3rd Ave. in Anchorage.
Mr. Williamson was born June 2, 1960, in Anchorage. He attended Muldoon Elementary School and Bartlett High School.
He moved to Wasilla from Anchorage in 2001.
Mr. Williamson had worked for Star Builders Supply, Prime Cable, GCI, United Rentals, Wasilla Arctic Cat and Kaer Craft.
His hobbies included motocross riding, snowmachining, jet skiing, downhill skiing, playing guitar, go-cart racing with his daughters and big fires.
His family said, "Casey loved living life to the fullest. His zest, his jokes and smile will never be forgotten. His kind heart and sense of humor touched everyone around him. His hard work and love for his family will live in our hearts and minds forever."
Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Dorothy Williamson, and brother, Larry Williamson.
He is survived by his wife Leta Belardi; daughters, Brittani Williamson and Brianna Williamson; sisters-in-law Elaine Williamson and Simone Greenway; niece Julianna Getz; nephew, Jordan Gretz; and many friends.
