If you read Lynn's blog you will see what we have been up to for exercise. Laurie's Hip Hop class last Friday was a LOT of fun! It was an amusing way to end a stressful work week.
Last night we were tortured by Krista's circuit training. Actually, it wasn't so bad. It was nice to have feedback about the different exercises and technique… things I wonder about when exercising solo (For example: am I doing this right???). I think it's a class I would try again.
I have to confess that I have been cheating a little bit on my diet. I didn't exercise as much this last week as usual. I have been battling sinus issues and other fun things. Last night made me feel pretty good so I am feeling the momentum again. I have also been eating foods that I probably shouldn't. Wait… let me rephrase that… I have been eating too much of the foods that I should be limiting. But I am back on track today and feeling better. I think the eating well and getting healthy has made an impression. I definitely feel bad when I'm not doing what's good for me.
