Cheers for Alaska

My husband and I moved our family from Anchorage to Wasilla in the summer of 1976. The joint partnership between two brothers, Lloyd Weber and Gary Weber, purchased Wasilla Chevron.

Our families saw and lived the struggles of Wasilla’s growing pains and survived the “good old boys network,” thanks to the success of Sarah Palin. Now Alaskans reap the benefits of a better state because of honest politics from Sarah Palin.

Hopefully, the people of these United States will have trust in their government and hope for the future when McCain/Palin take office.

Sure wish I felt this compassionate for the state of Washington. Our view of state politics here is sad. It’s business as usual and we do not feel our state really looks out for the people.

Yay, Alaska!
