Annabel’s Books in the Meta Rose Square regularly donates excess books to the Friends of the Library for their book sales toward building a new library. All I Saw Cookware donated time and money again to the city of Wasilla this year to sponsor the museum’s gingerbread house contest. The city of Wasilla buys their building, the Meta Rose, and says the merchants can find space somewhere else in Wasilla. Apparently the mall is a must have, sounds kinda like Scrooge. ‘Tis not the giving season for small local business in Meta Rose Square if the city of Wasilla is Santa.
