PALMER — The Colony Knights knocked down 11 three-pointers en route to knocking off one of the top 3A squads in Alaska. The Knights earned a 92-83 nonconference boys’ basketball win over Anchorage Christian School Monday night at Colony High School.
Colony captain Sullivan Menard led four Knights in double-digits, with a game-high 23 points against the Lions. Will Freeman scored 20. Colton Spencer added 18, and Patrick McMahon pitched in a dozen. Each of the four hit at least a pair of three-pointers. Spencer nailed five shots from beyond the arc.
Demarcus Hall also hit five threes and scored 20 for ACS. Danilo Guzman added 20 for the Lions.
