KODIAK — The Colony girls advanced to the semifinal round of the Northern Lights Conference Championships basketball tournament with a 64-21 win over the Skyview Panthers Thursday morning.
All-state forward Alex Coon posted a game-high 18 points to lead the Knights.
The NLC defending champion Knights will now face Valley rival Palmer Friday at 3 p.m. at Kodiak High School. The winner earns a spot in the conference title game and a berth to the 4A state tournament.
