PALMER — Chase Stephens scored 11 points to lead Colony to a 50-35 nonconference girls basketball win over the visiting Thunder Mountain Falcons Tuesday at Colony High School.
Stephens shot 50 percent, and added four rebounds and two assists in the win.
Ava Thompkins led the Falcons with 13 points.
Colony returns to the floor to host Kenai Friday at 6 p.m. in its Northern Lights Conference opener. The Knights also host Soldotna Saturday at 1 p.m.
