PALMER — The Colony Knights hit the 70-point mark for the second straight game in Northern Lights Conference play, racing to a 70-46 win over Kenai at Colony Middle School Friday.
Colony, which also scored 70 during a win over Wasilla Tuesday, improved to 4-0 in the NLC.
Senior Damian Fulp hit a pair of threes and scored a game-high 17 points for the Knights. Harrison Menard added 13 and Antonio Bush chipped in 11. All 12 Colony players in uniform saw action, and nine landed on the scoresheet.
Trevor Shirnberg led Kenai with 11. Miles Jones and Nate Saavadra added nine each.

Colony girls edge Kards
PALMER — The Colony Knights used Faith Farris’ big first quarter to survive a defensive slugfest with Kenai Friday night.
Farris scored 10 of her team’s 12 first-quarter points to help the Knights earn a 28-23 Northern Lights Conference win over the Kards at Colony Middle School. Farris knocked down a pair of early three-pointers during Colony’s 12-4 first-quarter points, and finished with a game-high 15. Farris was the only player for either team to finish in double digits.
Hannah Barcus led Kenai with nine.
Colony improved to 2-2 in NLC play with the win and now has won back-to-back conference games.
