Company steps up in time of need

Thank you to Pat Mulligan, Matt Patterson and Country Financial, who have become an important part of my life through a recent fire.

We never know how good our insurance policy is, or how responsive our insurance company will be, until we have a loss. When I had to file a claim, Country Financial provided a solid, dependable product that is restoring my family’s home and life as we knew it. The company’s customer service representative was very helpful while amiably directing my steps in the immediate situation.

Claims representative Patterson has been nothing short of remarkable. He has been accessible, prompt with response to inquiries, consistent with follow up and has kept the process moving forward. I could not ask for any better service from my insurance company.

Mulligan in Palmer provided for me a homeowners policy that stepped up to the plate when I needed it most. Patterson has enhanced the product and made it personable, and Country Financial has responded to the need.
