NPI LLC has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against you, the borough taxpayers. (Google: Mr. Arvin, Alaska Journal of Commerce, 2005 - 2007) (3PA-07-01321 CI, Alaska Superior Court ) Ron Arvin, chief operations officer and registered agent for NPI LLC, a Tulsa, Okla.-based corporation, is running for borough assembly in District 3.
Why would Mr. Arvin want to represent you when he is suing you? Will he be prohibited from participating in any discussions or votes on anything that has anything to do with the borough’s port, the borough’s largest economic development venture?
Please, when you go to the polls, consider if you want someone who can represent you on all issues, or do you want someone who may have a personal agenda?
Michelle Church has been the representative for District 3 for the past three years. She is free of any conflict of interest, and fair and respectful of the public process. District 3 needs someone who can vote on every issue and that person is Michelle Church.
