Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Washington state resident Connie Lois Binion, 61, died Nov. 11, 2004, at Valley Hospital in Palmer, of natural causes. She had been visiting her daughter's Wasilla home before her death.
A service will take place at 1 p.m., Nov. 23, in Shelton, Wash.
Ms. Binion was born Nov. 19, 1942, in Ontario, Ore. She was self-employed and enjoyed bowling and attending garage sales with friends.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Mark Nault of Shelton, Wash., and Lynda and Alan Baker of Wasilla; grandchildren, Taja Nault of Spokane, Wash., Joel Nault of Shelton, Wash., and Derek, Kody and Logan Baker of Wasilla; sister and brother-in-law, Jeannie and Bob Dow of Onalaska, Wash.; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Sharon Williams of Ferndale, Wash.; brother, Michael Williams, and his partner, Bobby, of San Francisco, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her ashes will be buried in Alpha Cemetery, which is located in Onalaska, Wash.
Local arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home and Crematory in Wasilla.
