PALMER - A rear end motor vehicle accident slowed traffic on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway on Friday afternoon. Just after 2:00 p.m., a red Ford Escort rear ended a tan Chevy Suburban. The accident occurred at the traffic signal on the corner of East Schelin Spur Road and the Palmer Wasilla Highway. Troopers were present to redirect traffic around the accident and said that no injuries were reported. Friday afternoon traffic will return to normal as soon as the vehicle can be moved.
