It seems many businesses no longer value customer service and we as consumers have come to accept this as a general business practice.
Frequently, I am dissatisfied with the service I receive, yet I don't mention this dissatisfaction to a manager unless it is a business I value and want to see succeed. When I receive good service or have an excellent experience with a business, I like to share that information with others. Recently, I have had three experiences worthy of sharing with all Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman readers.
Heat Source Mechanical worked on my furnace. Ken did a great job with the routine service to my boiler system. My husband was quite impressed with Ken's diagnostic skills, he arrived on time, worked quickly and our fees were reasonable. I am so pleased to recommend Heat Source for your annual maintenance and your unexpected frozen pipes. I'm toasty warm and cozy, and we all know that when the wife is warm and happy, everyone is happy.
Wasilla Veterinary Clinic recently provided a second opinion for a large growth on my 14-year-old Lab's nose and in his mouth. I was so impressed (and that is not easy to do) by the veterinarians and staff demeanor. The service and skills were top-notch and they were quite conservative with treatment, presenting appropriate choices for me regarding my dog's condition, remedies and the fees associated. When I choose to euthanize my 14-year-old dog due to a large cancerous growth, the staff treated my family and my dog with dignity, sympathy and genuine kindness. My future pets will go to no other clinic, and if you are looking for a vet for your pets, I recommend Wasilla Veterinary Clinic.
Alpine Chiropractic Center is my new favorite place to be. After a recent car accident I saw Dr. Fuller for an adjustment to realign my body. What I learned at that appointment was exciting. Alpine Chiropractic Center has several machines available to prepare your body for a superior adjustment. My muscles were quite inflamed and angry; however, Dr. Fuller used heat packs, a table with rollers in it and a massage machine before the adjustment and had me follow the adjustment with a massage provided a great massage therapist at the center.
It took only a few adjustments for me to feel better and I felt noticeable improvement with each adjustment. I found that my insurance paid all but the $20 co-pay and will allow 12 visits per year with no additional pre-authorizations needed. If you are feeling sore from shoveling snow or sliding into snow berms, schedule an adjustment and massage at Alpine Chiropractic Clinic in Wasilla.
