Of Big Lake, Alaska was born on Jan. 18, 1970 in Palmer, Alaska to Vern and Penny Cherneski. She passed away July 1, 2019 at the age of 49 in Mukilteo, Washington.
Cindy is survived by her partner Wendy Hanson of Mukilteo, Washington. Her parents Vern and Penny Cherneski of Big Lake, AK. Her sisters Cathy (Craig) Adams of Anchorage, AK, Christy Estencion of Kailua-Kona, HI, Twin Brother Pete (Renee) Cherneski of Palmer, AK, Brother Alan Estencion of Kailua-Kona, HI. Bill and Donna Hanson and family of Whidby Island, Washington. 2 nephews and 3 nieces 1 great niece and 2 great nephews numerous Aunts/Uncles and cousins.
Cindy’s extended love for her Costco family touched everyone she came in contact with. She had a passion for sports whether it was WNBA, the local women’s college softball team or watching the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team play.
Cindy’s infectious laughter and radiant smile will always be apart of everyone she knew and touched. In lieu of flowers our family asks that you donate blood to your local Blood Bank or give to your local United Way.
A Celebration of Cindy’s life will be held on Saturday July 13, 2019 at Harry and Cynthia Buzby’s Farm from 2-6pm 230 E Schrock Rd Wasilla, Alaska 99654. Bring your favorite memory, side dish, and drinks. Join our family for an afternoon of laughter and love.
