D'Artagnan Chrystopher Mitchum, 37, of Wasilla, AK, passed away September 21, 2023. He was born in Anchorage, Alaska November 21, 1985. D'Artagnan (Chrys) was very firm in his opinions about things, in general, and a most excellent conversationalist. Never afraid to ask questions until he got the answers he needed to satisfy those curiosities. Late night one-on-one conversations were often varied in topic and always fascinating. And his dance skills were unparalleled. You had to be there! The popping-and-locking, surprise-appearing-hand-move in his teens was a showstopper! Known for caring for others and giving his all to make others smile, "D" will be sincerely missed by all. D'Artagnan had a beautiful sense of adventure. Any time one could say let's go take a ride and he would jump in with the greatest smile! He attended several trips out of Alaska on a whim to see all he could see! D'Artagnan, known to his immediate family members as Chrys, is survived by his parents, Jeffery and Corinda Allen, his son Calob Mitchell and, with his former wife Shannon, his daughter, Destinee Mitchum. He is also survived by his fiancé Haleigh Herrera and his siblings Shawna Gann (Chad), Jeffery Allen II, Janvier Allen, and Kiara Mills as well as their partners, nephew, and nieces
