Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Longtime Palmer resident Daisy Leaone Kudlacek, 74, died peacefully Sept. 19, 2004, at Valley Hospital in Palmer.
A service was held Sept. 22 at Kehl's Palmer Mortuary.
Mrs. Kudlacek was born Oct. 9, 1929, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, to Charles W. Hales and Oral Foutz Hales.
Her family said, "Daisy, a member of the LDS Church, was a caring and compassionate person who was very generous with her time and means."
She is survived by her husband, William; sons and daughters-in-law, Chad and Lynette of Sutton and Ivan and Jean of Whittier, Calif., and grandchildren, Anthony, Jennifer, Jeff, Stephan, Jessica, Clark, and Kathryn Kudlacek. She is also survived by her sister, Irene Drasso, of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.
Arrangements were made by Kehl's Palmer Mortuary.
