The Mat-Su Dart Association is very proud to announce the huge success of its second annual Mikeael Edd Goodwin Open steel-tip dart tournament held Nov. 2-4 at the Silver Fox Inn.
Through this fundraiser, the 3.5-year-old dart league was able to donate $1,300 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in loving memory of the league’s founder, Mikeael Edd Goodwin.
Many thanks go to all the generous sponsors, contributors and dedicated steel-tip darters from all over Alaska and the Yukon for participating in this year’s tournament.
Mat-Su Dart Association is looking forward to donating even more funds from next year’s tournament, which will be renamed the Mikeael Edd Goodwin Memorial Open.
