David Anthony Jacques, 48, died August 20, 2005, near Wasilla. Funeral services and burial were in Raymore, Mo. David was born July 2, 1957, in Berlin, N.H. He is survived by his mother, Jean Hall, of Kimberling City, Mo.; brothers, Jeff Jacques, of Kimberling City, Mo., Terry McClain of Kansas City, Kan., and Edward Jacques of Australia; sisters, Lisa Haberthur, of Reed Springs, Mo., Anne Block of Wasilla, and Deanna Moore of Ft. Myers, Fla. Local arrangements were with Valley Funeral Home and Crematory.
